We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nineteenberry!

This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item for a refund.

Please note:

You may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or store credit instead of a refund, depending on the situation and the item's warranty.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or excessive returns.

Conditions for a Full Refund:

You can return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.

A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or user error are not eligible for a full refund.

Conditions for Partial Refund:

Opened items or items without original packaging may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the cost of repairs.

Non-Refundable Items:

Items specifically marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Process:

• Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at support@nineteenberry.com or by phone at +1 0123 321 3210 to initiate a return request. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
• Pack Your Return Securely:Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, if possible.
• Return the Item:Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method with the RMA number marked on the outside of the package.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty Claims:

For items covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty information included with the product or contact the manufacturer directly.
